WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask patients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may require treatment.
Cancellation fees may apply if:
• an appointment is missed without notice
• the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice
